Hi, my name is Chase Meno. I was born in Hollywood California and grew up in Los Angeles. I’m a quiet, humble, deeply spiritual person who began bending stainless steel spoons with mental focus over 20 years ago—an authentic inner ability that mainstream science can’t explain, because I believe the field of science is controlled and not completely honest. Since my early to mid 20’s, around 2004, I’ve been studying Qabalah, Hermetic ideas, and the ideas pushed by Nikola Tesla. With all of this knowledge combined, I gained an understanding few people have. But I didn’t just read, I also started meditating and doing various Mind over Matter experiments, spoon bending being only one of them. This real life experience can’t be learned from only reading a book. Don’t worry: It is not necessary to have a history of meditating to do certain Mind over Matter skills, such as Spoon Bending. When seeing me in person, most people learn quickly.
For about two decades I’ve faced intense opposition from the government with a smear campaign. I’ve also been attacked by those who feel threatened by my skills and authenticity. They misuse spirituality as a mask for control, as well as a way to get money and attention. Real spiritual people would not be jealous, but inspired. In addition to complete strangers, even my own family has betrayed me, doing things that I can’t imagine any other reason for, except that it was literally to frame me. This betrayal is heart breaking, and the type of workshops they have creates an illusion that they could never be compromised and dishonest.
Ex-girlfriends almost never got together with me and later realized just how badly they were lied to. Through decades of isolation, non-stop harassment, and a sustained smear campaign, I maintained unwavering focus and emotional discipline—proof not of suffering, but of mental mastery. This resilience is itself a demonstration of mind over matter, the same inner power that bends metal. It’s not a story of victimhood, but it’s a part of my teaching: helping others to see through illusion and reclaim their power.

That experience of being silenced, smeared, and spiritually invalidated—while a false image is elevated—only deepened my resolve to share what’s real. I’ve learned that truth doesn’t depend on belief, popularity, or permission. Because if they can dismiss spoon bending, they can dismiss you – your intuition, your gifts, and your awakening. My mission is clear: I’m not just about showing people the true power of their minds, but also about helping others to rise beyond manipulation and to evolve past systems designed to keep them small.
I’m ready to share the knowledge I’ve gained over the many years, and much of what I’ve learned was gained only from experience and can’t be found in any books. About the Teaching:

I don’t teach any fake magic tricks, because I don’t know how to do any. What I teach is real and uses no special gimmicks, no slight of hand, etc., but only real stainless steal items and your mind. But this is not just about spoon bending, because by learning how to soften metal with only the mind, this skill can can be applied to help boost your manifestations, amplify your healing practices, and more. Spoon Bending is just one way to show visual proof of how strongly we are capable of projecting our energy and influencing the energy of not just spoons, but of everything. Much of the teaching’s focus is about the nature of reality and the nature of energy, which helps to understand how to influence it. It’s a valuable and inspirational experience.
I teach how to manipulate the energy within us and all around us. There’s no tricks, illusions, or sleight of hand. All spoons are real, name-brand, stainless steel spoons, and untampered. The metal is softened by using an ability that I believe we all have called psychokinesis, also known as Mind Over Matter. This skill works on any metal object and does not use gallium or any type of gimmick, but uses only the mind. There is no preparation or meditation before performing the skill, and it can be performed anywhere at anytime, with anyone’s spoons or other metal objects. After only seconds, thick stainless steel can be significantly softened, and this does not cause the metal to get warm, as heat is not what makes the metal soft, yet it’s as if the metal turns into butter or clay. While any metal item can be affected using this technique, a stainless steel spoon is most commonly used for learning. It’s just one of many Mind over Matter skills and it’s known as Spoon Bending.
I have more expertise on Mind over Matter than most people, as I have been practicing it, experimenting with it, and researching it since 2004. While it’s possible to learn this skill from others, your ability will be less powerful than if taught by an expert with 20+ years of experience and research, as I understand a lot of important knowledge and subtleties that others don’t. I became interested in Mind Over Matter around 2004, and during all of this time, Spoon Bending alone would not have kept me satisfied, so I have practiced other mental skills, not just Spoon Bending, giving me a wide variety of rare experience and knowledge that most people don’t have.
With this knowledge comes power and also responsibility. This is why I have to carefully consider what I teach, and who I teach it to. But the specific skill of spoon bending has already been brought out into the open before, especially by Uri Geller, so I’m less cautious about it compared to other skills. But even those taught spoon bending should have a mature mindset that is not motivated by showing off. After learning the skill, you will understand why it is so important to have positive thoughts, and you will realize you have a new responsibility in regard to your thought.
Everyone will be provided with a bunch of brand new spoons, which includes different types for a variety. And with each of these varieties, everyone will get more than one spoon for each type, so that you can experience the difference between when psychokinesis is used to soften metal before bending, versus only using strength to bend. You can also bring your own spoons. If you want, you can use scientific equipment which records and displays data showing how much the metal has softened after psychokinesis. You’re not just attending — you’re helping to prove the impossible. With faith, the word “impossible” becomes “I’m possible.”

[Picture Above:] There’s no way I could have cheated, when on December 23rd 2023, I demonstrated at the Medford Social Club Poker Room in front of a group of people with security cameras on the ceiling, and using a spoon they gave me because they were skeptical. After bending the spoon and giving it back to the card dealer, he said “I’m going to sell this on ebay for $400”, because he knew it was real and rare.

[Picture Above:] On October 31st 2025 (Halloween) at 8:00 in the morning, at the Rogue Valley Metaphysical Library in Ashland Oregon, I demonstrated to a crowd of about 50 people: the Ashland Chamber of Commerce, which includes some of the top business leaders of Ashland Oregon. I gave a random stranger I never met two identical spoons, and told them to randomly give one of them back to me so that I could use it in the demonstration. After less than a minute, I showed many people not just a simple break or bend of the spoon, but something truly mystical. Some people were gasping “oh my!”. Afterwards, nobody was able to bend the other identical spoon.

[Video Below:] It was only after I filmed the video below on May 4th 2025, that I learned May 4th is “May the Force(4ce) Be With You” Day, as I don’t know much about the Star Wars franchise and only saw the first movie from 1977 (Now renamed to “Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope“). I spontaneously did this demonstration with mostly no planning: Even though I planned on going to ACE Hardware store, the time, the date, and the exact location (the room inside Ace Hardware store that I had never seen before) were unplanned.
I should’ve shown the spoon up close to the camera so that you could see how thick it is. I’ve rarely seen spoons this thick (it’s over 2mm thick).The volunteer weighed twice as much as me and works out at the gym very often. In contrast, I eat 1 to 2 meals a day and rarely work out.

[Video Below:] This video shows a close-up of me softening a spoon, and then twisting it with only a few fingers. This video also shows my first public demonstration, which was at the Ashland Oregon YMCA in 2008. The first guy I asked to help with my demonstration was very strong looking, but he didn’t want to be on video camera. The only person who gave me permission to be on camera was a guy I didn’t know but remembered seeing in high school. He didn’t look very strong, but it was still my first filmed public demonstration — which was a very big deal. Many people assume doing a public demonstration is easier than it actually is: not only is there the pressure of performing, but in my case I also didn’t have my own cameraman, so I had to get a woman who was working at the YMCA to film me using my own video camera that I was carrying around with me.

Upon arrival, you will be required to sign an agreement on paper that states the following:
- (1): I understand that the instructional methods, materials, and techniques shared during this workshop are the intellectual property of Chase Meno and Advanced Channeling of Energy, LLC, and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Participants are permitted to practice and apply these concepts for personal learning and skill development. However, reproduction, redistribution, or use of the content to teach, train, or instruct others in a commercial or public setting—either directly or in adapted form—is strictly prohibited without prior written permission. This includes replicating the structure, sequence, or presentation of the material. Unauthorized use or teaching of this methodology may result in legal action.
- (2): I understand that for my safety I must never try to force an object to bend in the case that it doesn’t soften as much as intended. I understand that if I try to force an object to bend, that although rare, this could result in an injury, usually a minor one. If I injure myself I agree to not hold Chase Meno, Advanced Channeling of Energy, LLC, or any related businesses responsible, and I assume all liability. I acknowledge that Oregon law recognizes assumption of risk in experiential learning activities, and I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, known or unknown.
- (3): I understand that most people have some degree of success when first learning, however there can be no guarantee of success for every single person, and no refunds or future event credits are given to anyone unable to acquire the skill during the workshop or afterwards. These people may still succeed in the future after further practice using the information learned or attending more lessons. By participating, I acknowledge that the services provided are experiential and non-refundable, regardless of outcome.
- (4): Advanced Channeling of Energy, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event. In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, public health emergencies, or travel restrictions), Advanced Channeling of Energy, LLC reserves the right to postpone the workshop. Participants will be offered a full credit toward a future event or, upon request, a full refund if they are unable to attend the rescheduled date.
- (5): I understand that all demonstrations and teachings are restricted to adults 18 years of age and older.
- (6): All cell phones must be turned off and stored in your car or personal bag outside the workshop venue.
- (7): Participants are strictly prohibited from bringing or using any hidden or covert recording devices (including smartwatches, recording glasses, disguised cameras, voice-activated devices, concealed audio recorders, and similar items) anywhere on the premises. Such surreptitious recording is a violation of this agreement and may result in immediate removal, legal action, and liability for damages. Overt recording devices (standard video cameras or photo cameras clearly used for recording) are permitted on the premises, provided that (7.1): No recording takes place during instructional sessions or private discussions, and (7.2): Recording only occurs during designated activities (e.g., spoon bending demonstrations), and (7.3): All individuals captured in the recording provide prior, clear consent.
- (8): I consent to the use of my image, voice, and likeness in photos, videos, and other media recorded during the event for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes by Advanced Channeling of Energy, LLC. This media may be used indefinitely unless withdrawn in writing. I may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting Advanced Channeling of Energy, LLC, but withdrawal will apply to future uses only; previously published media may not be removed.
- (9): I understand that the owner and management of Advanced Channeling of Energy, LLC, has the right to remove anyone from any event, for any reason, including but not limited to causing any type of disruption.
